I had a super experience with Julie. I was not enjoying my sport which is riding and jumping horses. My thoughts were so scattered and confidence low. Julie helped me refocus my goal so I was not dwelling on the negative but emphasizing the positive. By using the techniques Julie helped me with, I am now enjoying both my sport and my horses. I know there will be bumps in the road, as always with a sport, but I feel I can now work through those times positively with the new techniques. I am happy and feel much more accomplished
